GLORIA GOINS
Gloria Goins, Broker/Owner of Goins Realty Group, LLC is a 17 year real estate veteran and has represented clients in residential and commercial property sales. She has built a solid foundation of clients through her 22 years of military family background.

This is the foundation of how Monét Coles lives her life and conducts business as a professional real estate expert.
She knows and understands that buying and/or selling real estate represents important milestones and goals in life. She takes pride in providing her clients the service and assistance they expect and deserve.
Monét has been a licensed real estate agent for 17 years prior to retiring from Florida law enforcement. She obtained her Florida license in 2001; became licensed in Georgia in 2010; practiced real estate in South Georgia until she relocated to Metro-Atlanta five years ago; and obtained her Georgia broker's license in 2016.
Her years of experience make her an experienced negotiator who has successfully represented clients based upon her ability to communicate effectively to ensure her clients make well-informed decisions about buying, selling, or leasing residential properties, investment properties, vacant land, or commercial properties.
Monét graduated from Bryant and Stratton College cum laude with dual associate degrees in accounting and legal studies. She is the mother of one son, and one daughter.
NICOLE CHASTANG

Raised on the sunny Gulf Coast in Mobile Alabama, Nicole Chastang has 10 years of successful real estate experience under her belt. After two successful years in general real estate, she transitioned into new construction where she continued to help others achieve their dreams of home ownership. Nicole credits her hospitality and ability to build strong relationships to her previous occupation as a beautician. Before receiving her license, Nicole enjoyed her passion for being a hairstylist. During her 22 years as a hairstylist she developed a love of helping others, owned her own salon, learned the importance of maintaining a professional business mindset, and developed quality customer service skills that lead to lifelong relationships. Once she became a Realtor, Nicole worked in general real estate and became fully involved. She was a member of her Community Relations Committee, where she oversaw the Easter basket donations every year to give to children in local shelters. She also served on the Governmental Affairs Committee. After becoming a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2013, Nicole became very involved with feeding residents at various women’s shelters monthly. In 2014, Nicole served as President-Elect of the Mobile Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, where the committee officers introduced the city to the Bras for a Cause event. This event was to raise awareness of breast cancer and raise money to help patients with co-pays, transportation, and/or bills. In 2015 when she became president, Nicole made sure that the University of South Alabama Mitchell Cancer Center was the charity of choice and WCR would be a part of their organization to help going forth. Focusing on self-growth, Nicole decided to move to Atlanta Georgia in the fall of 2015 and decided to further her education. As a result of her desire to increase her knowledge of business, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in April 2017 and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Human Resources Management. Everything that she is accomplishing at this moment is simply to guide her to be the best Realtor to assist buyers and sellers in their goal of being homeowners.

Omarr Dixon has over 20 years of real estate experience. He is well versed in the different aspects of real estate from working with buyers and sellers, developing land as well as all types of investment properties. He has successfully translated his relentless work ethic from the athletic fields to the real estate industry.
Dixon was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and spent most of his young life playing sports. As a result he earned a Football/Track scholarship to North Carolina State University. In 1996, he was the first high jumper at the USA Olympic Trials in Atlanta. Dixon was also a professional football player in the NFL. He signed as a free agent with the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles and later finished his career in the Canadian Football League. He has enjoyed success as an actor, host, motivational speaker and international model. Some of his roles include starring in Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family’ as Dr. Wallace and as Trey in Meet the Browns. He has also starred in Queen Latifah’s Single Ladies’ with Lisa Raye. Dixon has appeared in numerous national commercials and ads.
